This was a two-storey residential renovation that included demolishing the existing garage, laying a new slab, and constructing a two-story addition seamlessly integrated with the original Californian bungalow. The project also involved re-roofing and ensuring a perfect fit with the existing structure. Inside, a striking staircase crafted from New Zealand and Pacific rimu became a standout feature. A kitset laundry was installed, complete with new appliances, while the garage was lined with plywood and fitted with recycled cabinetry. The bedrooms on top of the garage included tall, custom-built wardrobes, providing ample storage. Finished to an exceptional standard, the renovation exceeded expectations, and the clients were delighted with the results.
